Exchange Policy
Exchange is subject to the following Terms & Condition:
1) Ring / Items must not be worn other than for trying purpose.
2) All tags (if applicable) must not be removed.
3) There must be no scratches on the ring / items.
4) Ring / items must be returned within 14 days via registered mail. Tracking number to be emailed to support@tiara.com.sg
5) Only one-time exchange is allowed. Subsequent exchange will not be entertained.
6) If in rare situation where the design is discontinued or the new size is not available, a store credit code (valid for 3 months and for one time use only) will be issued for you to choose another ring from our website. There will be no reimbursement if the ring / item you choose is of lower value.
7) There will be strictly no cash or credit card refund once a purchase is made.
8) You may exchange the item for a different item, subject to meeting the above conditions. However, you will have to top-up the difference in price (if applicable). If the exchange item is of a lower value, there will be no cash or credit card refunds.
9) Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
10) All postage charges will be paid by you (the purchaser).
11) Postage fee of $5 is chargeable for item exchange within Singapore.
12) Postage fee of minimum SGD $8 is chargeable for item exchange for international orders. The exact amount will be further advised.
13) Due to hygiene reasons, there will be no returns for earrings, fabric, leather and items which might be unsuitable for safe exchanges.
Return Policy
Returns of goods is subject to the following Terms & Conditions:
1) All items must be returned within 14 days from day of receipt.
2) All items must not be worn and tags (if applicable) must not be removed.
3) Return items must be in its original condition with no scratches or damage.
4) Return items must be returned within 14 days via registered mail (at your cost).

5) There is strictly no cash or credit card refunds for returned items. Store credit will be issued in the form of online vouchers that can be redeemed from your next purchase. Vouchers will be valid for 3 months and can be used one-time only. A one-time postage charge of S$5 will be deducted from your voucher.
6) Due to hygiene reasons, there will be no returns for earrings, fabric, leather and items which might be unsuitable for safe exchanges.
The exchange and return policy are concurrent together.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: My Mail Box No 883971 Singapore SG 919191
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live and availability of item, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We are not responsible for lost mail.
